The above course starts in April with an information day.
I was first introduced to yoga as a child, in 1976. I loved it and developed a regular practice in my teens. I have practised with many teachers from different traditions over the years.
In 2006 I qualified as a Yoga Scotland teacher, completing a wide range of modules and attending many workshops and retreats. I went on to qualify as a Diploma Course Tutor with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2019.
I have led the foundation course for Yoga Scotland and the 500-hour teacher training course for the British Wheel of Yoga. I have also been the chair of Grampian Yoga.
I continue to run regular classes for all ages and abilities as well as retreats abroad. I am currently the Regional Officer for Scotland with the British Wheel of Yoga.
For me, yoga is delightful to do and I want to share this passion with others. My aim is simply to encourage more people to do yoga and to make yoga accessible to all.
