Teaching Qualification 200hr + 50hr Yin yoga + 40hr Kids + 40hr teens. Currently on the 580hr yoga therapy diploma course with The Minded Institute.

Elle teaches both dynamic hatha and yin yoga and also shares yoga within school settings in Aberdeenshire.  She is passionate about sharing the real benefits yoga can have within society and is continuing her studies with The Minded Institute on their Yoga Therapy Diploma course where she hopes to specialise in mental health and grief support. Elle currently teaches in the Inverurie area and has maintained some online classes, she offers 1-2-1 sessions which can be conducted in your own home or online if you prefer.  Get in touch for more details.
