I’m a passionate Hatha Yoga teacher with additional training in yoga for mental health. I’ve studied both Hatha and Vinyasa Krama styles, and I love blending these approaches to create flowing, balanced classes that support both body and mind.

With a background in primary education and many years of experience in Support for Learning, I bring a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to my teaching. My approach is compassionate and inclusive, focused on supporting both physical and emotional well-being.

I offer Hatha Flow yoga sessions designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and restore balance. My classes are thoughtfully sequenced to help you feel grounded, clear-headed, and more at ease—on and off the mat. I also teach a dedicated class just for beginners, which is a welcoming space to learn the foundations of yoga at a comfortable pace.

Breath awareness, mindful movement, and relaxation are central to my teaching. I aim to create a calm, non-judgmental environment where everyone feels supported. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, you’re warmly welcome in my classes. Yoga has so much to offer—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and I’m here to help you discover those benefits in your own time and in your own way.
