JenFIT PT & Yoga
As a personal trainer, I believe in a holistic approach to wellbeing, not just a physical approach to training the body. I first discovered Yoga back in 2011 while pregnant with my son and have been practising ever since.
I am a 500hr Yoga Alliance Professionals Accredited Yoga Teacher, having studied since 2019, training in Hatha Flow, Children and Teens yoga, Mythology and Moonology, Yoga for Mental Health, Restorative yoga and Ayurveda.
I love sharing the benefits of yoga at my weekly community classes in Northeast Aberdeenshire.
My classes are designed to bring strength, flexibility and relaxation to your body and calm and quiet to your mind, drawing inspiration from yogic philosophy, the lunar cycle, nature and the seasons.
I truly believe that the practices of Yoga are for everybody not just flexible people and there is so much more to it than making fancy shapes, although some of them can be fun too!
