My yoga journey started at a very young age with my mum at home. I did my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Philosophy with Yoga as one of my subjects. I really enjoyed what I learned at university and hence started to explore more about it in depth. I went on to complete my 200hrs Basic TTC and completed my Diploma and Advance Diploma in Yoga (from Mumbai) after which I recently got certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa level 1 from Mysore (250hrs+). Over the years I understood how easy and simple it is to bring yoga into your life. So I started teaching yoga professionally in 2019. But I still continue to be a student of yoga all my life.
My classes are a combination of traditional Asanas, Pranayams and Kriyas which are simplified and are suitable for beginners to intermediate level of practitioners. The classes mainly focus on breath and body coordination and relaxation that can be easily adapted to one’s daily routine
I provide 1:1 private sessions and group classes.
