I teach yoga in the Garioch area (Inverurie and Sauchen).  I have been practicing yoga since 2014. I undertook the Yoga Scotland Foundation course in 2022 followed by a 200-hour teacher training course at the Classical Yoga School in Perth.  This was followed by a 45 hours BWY course in restorative yoga.  Classes are suitable for everyone. I also run occasional ‘rest and restore’ sessions.
