As an Indian, Yoga and holistic health has always been part of my growing up which somehow got lost in the hustle bustle of life. My love for yoga was rekindled after the birth of my children. Yoga not only helped me get back in shape but also helped in maintaining my sanity (which is very easy to lose as a busy mum 🙂
In order to pursue my love for yoga professionally and to be able to share it with others, I completed my RYT 200 from the Yoga Institute, India which is the oldest organised school of Yoga in the world.
I am also a Health Coach registered with the UK and International Health Coaches Association and use my coaching skills to help busy people in maintaining their mind-body balance.
My classes are a mix of gentle postures, breathwork and meditation tailored according to individual needs. I incorporate the philosophy and spirituality of yoga with my coaching abilities to provide a holistic mind-body-soul experience.
